Andrea Pellegram has over 25 years experience working in town planning gained on the front line and in senior management positions. She has worked at all levels of local government from neighbourhoods to some of the most strategic positions, and in a wide range of settings. Before her current freelance role, Dr Pellegram was Director of

Development Services at Cotswold District Council, Head of Minerals and Waste Planning at Surrey County Council and Port Planner at the Port of London Authority among other roles. She holds degrees in social anthropology and town planning.
