Lee also leads on the preparation of local plan representations and responses to planning applications on behalf of parish and town councils. He has detailed knowledge of planning policy approaches to the provision of essential local facilities including sport, recreation, community halls, shops, town centres, health, education, allotments and cemeteries, and can help local communities to gather and present evidence to support their policies and views.
